Yes, we have full public liability for equipment, balloons and PIPA Certified castle.

Yes, we ask for a deposit to secure a date/package, the remaining balance should be paid at least 3 working days prior to the event.

We usually allow 45-60 minutes prior to party start time and will require the same to dismantle.  Please bear this in mind when booking a hall or venue.  Balloon installations can take a little longer but we will advise you when we send our quote.

Request a quote and ensure you add the venue postcode, if there is a charge we will advise the cost within our quote.

From our own experiences we understand how important it is to have clean, well maintained equipment.  We ensure every item of equipment is throughly cleaned, checked and prepared for its next outing.

No, this is time set aside from your event times so you will have the full hire time to enjoy and have fun.

No, we offer picnic set ups for all ages.  They are a popular alternative for an informal setting ideal for baby showers, small gatherings or catching up with friends, simply add your own food and drinks. Childrens picnics include disposable tableware or choose re-useable tableware with cut glass effect wine glasses and tumblers, stainless steel cutlery. cotton/linen tablecloth and napkins.  

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occur that leave you with no choice but to cancel your event.  Let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to re-schedule up to 12 months ahead to an alternative available date.
